I'm so impressed with Landscaping by Garcia. They come every week and do mowing and edging in my yard. My yard has never looked better. In the past I have used anotother well known local company, but their customer service was worse and the quality of their work was worse.

Garcia and his crew did our initial clean up today and our yard looks beautiful 🤩 they were super thorough and careful with the plants, and cleared a ton of snowberry and ivy.

We LOVE our new back yard!! Augustino and his crew were professional, reliable and clean. We had a general idea of what we wanted. They made it better.

I don't believe in less than 5-star reviews unless they actively work for a 1-star it because I still want local businesses to succeed, but there are negatives here. I really wanted to use this business, but I'm the kind of person that has a lot going on on any given day and hounding and staying on top of a business to provide a service is not something I particularly enjoy. I need responsiveness and ease to feel like I made the right decision and I just didn't get that. E-payments are difficult with them, but they were willing to give a Venmo and contact info for someone in the family to pay the deposit. However, that was no immediately known from the first visit and it took asking a second time. I submitted the deposit because I wanted to get on the schedule, but it took some time before I was contacted and when I was, I was told I'd get another call a few days later to let me know when a crew would come out. I didn't receive that call, decided I'd cut my losses with the low deposit, and go with another company. I informed the head honcho via text that I wasn't going to use their services anymore and that I'd greatly appreciate returning the deposit since work hadn't been done on my home and nothing was on the schedule that I knew of, but if they kept it, I would also understand. . A crew still showed up and without scheduling it with me to also let my tenants know a crew would be coming by. I called and he was agreeable to leaving and I agreed to letting him keep the deposit to cover some of their overhead for the crew, but the whole thing wasn't what I was expecting or hoping for. I still want this business to succeed though which is why it's still a 5-star. I just think they need to update their customer relation capabilities. Mr. Garcia is old-school and I'm sure he is deep in the work alongside his crew which I respect a lot in a business owner--he seems like the man that does what he says he's going to do. However, I like formal estimates, I like emails, I like communication that allows me to respond when I can and without having to halt everything so I can call or receive a call, I like electronic payments--it all helps with multitasking throughout my work day. I'd love to give this business another chance in the future.

The quality of work is exceptional, no corner cutting here. He had a vision, I didn't. He helped me manage my stress and the end result was faboulouse. August is the most reliable of all the contractors that we worked with on our new build. He has vision of how to make your space better and have a natural fit. Extremely hard working and fair on price! He may be a little backed up on work, but very worth the wait. I recommend him to anyone that is in need of landscape service.
